1. How many PC's can I install Church Access on?

Five. You can install Church Access onto five computers provided that the software will only be used for the church that it was purchased for.

2. My reporting needs change sometimes, can I change the way information entered into Church Access is reported?

Yes. Using Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet solution that supports ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) you may import data directly from Church Access into the spreadsheet. This functionality allows you to choose the fields you want to report on. Also you can filter information and choose only the data that you require.

3. Does Church Access limit access to the number of members entered?

No there is no limit to the numbers of members you can enter. Of course you have to ensure that there is enough hard disk space as you enter information on your PC. See System Requirements

4. How can I get a trial version?

We offer a 14-day trial version on all Church Access. Please email us or request online and provide your postal address and contact details.  A consultant will confirm your information and you will receive your trial version within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Will I lose the information that I entered into Church Access after my trial period expires?

No. Once you have completed an Order Form and fax this along with your proof of payment we will give you an activation code. All the information you entered during the trial period will still be available after you have made your purchase.
